So I’ve been working out more and it’s mostly thanks to pilates that my body is physically changing! I also do weight lifting sets that have helped my arms and legs.
It’s awesome how much better you can feel just thanks to working out. Even if it’s a set of 20 crunches and then a shower, you’ll feel amazing.
The hardest part is getting motivated. I have to remember why I work out in order to do it, but am hoping that after a while exercise will become more of my lifestyle rather than an item on the to-do list.
