Kathleen Connell may have just turned 100, but she doesn’t feel a day over 80. Her brain is even younger - one of her video games scored her mental age as 64 years old, The Telegraph reports.
Connell attributes her optimal brain health to her Nintendo DS, a hand-held video gaming device on which she plays about a dozen games, from Scrabble to Family Fortunes....

Genealogy
I’m working on a project for my family. Creating a family tree is a monumental task and I’m feeling the software I’m currently using (Personal Ancestral File 5.2) isn’t enough.
I’d like to get a program that offers a preview of the tree in order to better navigate toward ancestors to research. Any recommendations?

Pilates
So I’ve been working out more and it’s mostly thanks to pilates that my body is physically changing! I also do weight lifting sets that have helped my arms and legs.
It’s awesome how much better you can feel just thanks to working out. Even if it’s a set of 20 crunches and then a shower, you’ll feel amazing.
